Customer Service

Shipping Policy

Kjøre Project ships all domestic European orders via GLS and international orders via FedEx or DHL and tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Kjøre Project is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. We always dispatch an order within one working days, but we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that our currier will take:

  • Standard: 1-2 days (IT) -FREE€
  • Standard: 3-5 days (UE) -FREE€
  • Standard: 5-6 days (World) -FREE€
  • Express: 2-4 days (World) -35€

Return Policy

We will be glad to exchange any new and unused merchandise, please contact Kjøre Project’s department at sales@kjoreproject.com. Our item (s) have to be returned within a 14 days from date of delivery; with proof of purchase with original packaging and with our Authorization Number and to obtain your return authorization number, please contact the Kjøre Project service department at sales@kjoreproject.com. The Kjøre Project’s products are made by orders, considering them personalized. Return and refund is not possible, but it is possible to change on the company dime, one time for free. For all orders being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured and traceable mail. All refunds we’ll be emitted less the shipment costs. This service is offered by FedEx, GLS, DHL, and other carriers. You will be responsible for shipment costs. We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect during shipment. Kjøre project is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.

Care of your products

As with any handmade product there are slight and unique variations in each of our goods. From stitching to snap placements to embossing patterns each Kjøre Project product is unique; so each of these items are one of a kind and no two items will be alike. For our leather products, we recommend simply rubbing the leather with a soft cloth or rag to bring out its sheen and to diminish any small scuffs that develop.

We take careful note of how our materials look after 12, and 24 months of heavy use.
